• Are you accepting new clients at this time?
  
  Yes, while I do not accept every case, I am accepting new clients. Whether I accept your case will depend on several factors including the likelihood of my achieving the results you desire and my present caseload.
   
• How much does it cost to be represented by you?
  
  My hourly rate is $280 an hour. However, in most cases, I offer parents a discounted rate of $200 per hour. Travel is billed at half rate. Additionally, I cap fees at the hearing level.
   
• What forms of payment do you accept?
  
  I accept checks and money orders. If you wish to pay using a credit card I have a Paypal account established for that purpose. There is a Paypal fee of 2.9% which will be deducted from your payment.
   
• How do I get started with you?
  
  The process begins with your call to my office for an intake.
